My Achievements: A Journey from Curiosity to Excellence
Throughout my academic journey, each stage of my education has not only provided me with opportunities to grow but also allowed me to discover new abilities within myself. From the excitement of my early school days to the intense moments of competing on the international stage, every step has been filled with memorable experiences that have shaped the person I am today.
Sparking Curiosity
I still vividly remember the thrill and excitement of participating in my first Spelling Bee competition at Hanoi Star School. As a child with a deep love for words, I was completely immersed in the world of meanings, and when I won first place in that competition, I felt an immense sense of joy from overcoming challenges.
During my primary school years, aside from mastering language, I test my skills in Mathematics through the Singapore International Math Olympiad, where I was fortunate enough to win a silver medal. This achievement laid a solid foundation for my growing passion for subjects that require logical thinking.
These accomplishments, although modest, opened the door to even greater challenges as I transitioned into secondary school."

Developing a Love for Science
Middle school was a pivotal turning point in my academic journey, particularly in the field of physics. While many of my peers struggled with the subject, I found myself captivated by how physics could explain the phenomena around us. I spent countless hours studying, conducting experiments, and solving problems, and this dedication was rewarded when I won first place in the Citywide Physics Olympiad for middle school students. Competing at the city level not only made me realize my potential but also gave me the motivation to push myself further.
In addition to my achievement in physics, I set a personal goal to gain admission to one of the most prestigious schools in the city—Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. After months of rigorous preparation, I was honored to rank in the Top 5 of the entrance exam (with a highly competitive acceptance rate of 1/30, against over 15000 other candidates). This was not only a significant milestone in my life but also a testament to my continued commitment to learning and discovery.

These middle school accomplishments strengthened my passion for science and fueled my determination as I entered high school, ready to tackle even greater challenges ahead.
A Global Stage for Learning
At Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, I was fully immersed in advanced knowledge of physics and astronomy. During this time, I tested my abilities in national and international competitions.
One of the proudest moments of my journey was winning the silver medal at the Nordic-Baltic Physics Olympiad (NBPhO) in Tallinn. This achievement was a major milestone, helping me prove myself on the international stage. Later, in August 2024, I competed again and secured another silver medal at the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA).
Both competitions were invaluable experiences, not only enhancing my knowledge but also honing my perseverance and teamwork skills. It was an honor to represent Vietnam and compete with exceptional students from around the world, expanding my horizons and fostering global collaboration.
Back at home, I consistently participated in national and city-level competitions. I won first place in both the Citywide Physics Olympiad and the Citywide Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad. These achievements allowed me to connect with the academic community in Vietnam and fueled my motivation to pursue even greater aspirations.
