Kids On Board

About the Project

Driven by the desire to raise awareness about traffic safety among children, I founded the Kids On Board Club, dedicated to teaching young kids the importance of road safety. The club’s mission is to reduce traffic accidents and promote awareness through interactive lessons and public campaigns. This initiative not only provides practical knowledge to the children but also contributes to building a socially responsible community.

The club successfully organized a drawing competition on traffic safety for primary school students across Hanoi. This was not only an opportunity for the students to learn but also a foundation to instill safe traffic awareness from a young age. The competition received over 50 submissions, from which the four best drawings were selected for awards.

Understanding parents' concerns about children being accidentally left on vehicles, I researched and developed a smart alert device to detect students who might have fallen asleep while still on the bus. During my recent visit to my beloved Ngôi Sao school, I shared my story to inspire and motivate the younger generation. The students were all excited to welcome me back and learn more about my meaningful innovation. I provided a detailed explanation of the device's operating principles: when a child remains on the vehicle, the device automatically emits an alert signal to notify those nearby. Through this sharing session, the students not only gained a deeper understanding of the importance of ensuring children's safety but were also inspired by a spirit of creativity and continuous improvement.
